The Carroll Chamber of Commerce is once again supporting young athletes by hosting the 11th Annual Hoop It Up basketball tournament. Each team to sign up is guaranteed to play at least three games, and every game will be refereed by certified officials. Participants will receive a tournament t-shirt, and the top two teams in each division will receive awards. Divisions are separated by grade and gender. Last year, over 70 teams participated in the 2016 tournament. Hoop It Up takes place on Saturday, Feb. 25, and Sunday, Feb. 26 and includes third through ninth grade boys and fifth through eighth grade girls teams.
