The Carroll Area Development Corporation (CADC) recognized 704 Development Corporation Tuesday afternoon during a board of directors meeting for their efforts to bring additional housing options to the region. The company, owned by Mike, Jim, Matt, Louis and Robert Greteman, has contributed to 14 commercial and residential developments including: Simon Crossings, Crouse Crossings, 30/71 Crossings, and family housing in the southwest corner of Carroll. Commercial Savings Bank President, Paul Milligan, presented the award and thanked them for their efforts to act on the identified housing shortage in Carroll. More than 100 housing units have been created since the mid-1990’s by their efforts.
