The Greene County Sheriff’s Office assisted the Boone County Sheriff’s Office with a high-speed chase at approximately 4:28 a.m. Wednesday morning. The initial report says the vehicle traveled from Boone County into Greene County with the chase ending in the 2400 block of 180th street north east of Grand Junction. When authorities located the vehicle, the driver was gone. The Boone County Sheriff’s Office is filing for arrest warrants in this case.
