The Sac City Police Department is requesting assistance from the public in identifying a suspect involved in an alleged theft and hit and run. An unidentified individual is believed to have taken items from the Dollar General store. The suspect left the store in an early 1990s Chevrolet pick-up truck and was involved in a hit-and-run accident. As of yet, the suspect has not yet been located by authorities. In-store cameras were able to capture photos of the individual and those images can be found included below this story.
