Authorities in Atlantic say that shoppers and store clerks in a couple of different businesses have gotten a surprise during this year’s holiday shopping, finding pornographic photos hidden throughout the stores. Police Chief, David Erickson, tells reporters that this is a very bizarre situation, the likes of which has not happened in the past and they are working diligently to find the culprit. One shopper reported finding a picture of male genitalia in a pair of gloves at Orschein’s Farm and Home store last Friday. A follow-up search revealed the same picture in the gloves and coat pockets in the women’s and children’s sections as well. A few days later, similar images were found at the Atlantic Walmart store. Officers are working with Walmart to review surveillance footage to see if they can identify the culprit. So far, more than 20 photos have been found in the two stores. The person responsible for this faces charges of dissemination of pornographic materials.
