AMBER Alert Issued For Three Clay County Girls Abducted Tuesday Morning

An AMBER alert has been issued for three young girls abducted from Clay County Tuesday morning. At approximately 7:30 a.m., the children, two Caucasian eight-year-old female twins, Adia Johnson-Enos and Lillian Johnson-Enos, and  four-year-old Olivia Sophia Arzaga were taken from Royal by their non-custodial mother, 25-year-old Danica Arzaga. Arzaga is described as a 5’ 3”, 135-pound white woman with brown eyes, black and purple hair and a large eagle tattoo on her chest. Authorities believe Arzaga is traveling with the girls in a maroon 2003 Cadillac CTS with Iowa license plate 561 XEY. She is believed to be in northwest Iowa or southern Minnesota. Anyone who believes they have seen Arzaga or the children is asked to contact local law enforcement or the Clay County Sheriff’s Office at 712-240-3992.
