Two individuals being sought by authorities earlier today (Thursday) have been arrested. Tyson Ruth and Joey Godwin, both 36-years-old, were wanted for probation revocation and were suspects in a series of burglaries in Greene, Carroll and Dallas Counties. At approximately 1:30 p.m. on Dec. 29, both individuals were located and arrested by the Carroll Police Department.
