The Audubon County Sheriff’s Office arrested two Carroll residents following a traffic stop in Hamlin at approximately 11 p.m. on Thursday, June 2. Twenty-nine-year-old Ashley Chantelle Nicole Hetterich has been charged with Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Deliver, Possession of Heroin and three counts of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Forty-year-old Troy Adam Dillavou has been charged with Possession of Methamphatemine—third offense, Possession of Heroin, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and numerous traffic citations. Hetterich and Dillavou were transported to the Audubon County Jail and released following an appearance before the magistrate.
