The Halloween season is here and the city of Glidden will once again be hosting their annual Trunk or Treat event. On Sunday, Oct. 30th from 4 to 5 p.m. at Glidden City Park, all the little ghouls, ghosts and goblins, in sixth grade or younger, are invited to walk through the parked cars to brave the decorated trunks for a candy reward. Hot dogs and water will also be provided. The event is sponsored by the Glidden Park and Rec Board, and they invite anyone interested in participating by decorating their trunk to contact them at 712-659-3010.
