Burgess Avenue in Carroll will be closed Tuesday, Sept. 13 for Union Pacific. The railroad company requested the street be closed for ease of access for construction and railway equipment during planned, regular railroad maintenance. Burgess Avenue closes at 9 a.m. Tuesday morning and will remain closed until 4 p.m. Drivers who regularly use this street will need to find an alternate route during this time period.
