As the countdown to the caucuses on Feb. 1 continues, more and more of the pool of Presidential candidates on both sides of the field are making stops in our area. Kentucky Senator and GOP hopeful Rand Paul and his wife Kelley will be in Carroll this coming Thursday, Jan. 7, celebrating his birthday at the Santa Maria Winery with a town hall meeting.
