Greene County Deputies witnessed another erratic driver on Highway 144 near Paton at approximately 12:38 a.m. this morning (Friday). They followed the driver into Paton, witnessing them drive down the wrong side of a two-way street. They stopped the vehicle, driven by 38-year-old Timothy James Lee of Paton. Lee refused to submit to a field sobriety test and was subsequently arrested and taken into custody for Operating While Intoxicated—second offense, Open Container and Driving on the Wrong Side of a Two-Way Highway.
