The City of Carroll has announced that preliminary work needing to be done before resurfacing of Court Street will begin this week. Tri-State Paving will be constructing concrete gutter on the west side of Court between U.S. Highway 30 to near 5th Street on Friday, Sept. 30. Local traffic will be maintained during the construction, but parking will be prohibited on the west side of Court Street in that area between Highway 30 and 5th Street. The asphalt resurfacing, weather permitting, is expected to begin the first week of November.
