A closed session was held this morning (Monday) during the Carroll County Board of Supervisors’ meeting to discuss a proposed two year salary increase for Carroll County Ambulance Director, Pat Gray. Supervisors had been asked to raise Gray’s salary from 90 percent of the former director’s salary to 95 percent this year and to 100 percent in the following. At the conclusion of the closed session, a motion was made for Supervisors to vote on approval of the increase, but the motion died for lack of a second.
