The Midwest Energy Efficiency Alliance has named MidAmerican Energy Company the winner of the 2016 Inspiring Efficiency Impact Award for its Industrial Partners program. The Industrial Partners program takes a tailored approach to energy efficiency by focusing on customer satisfaction and engagement rather than specific efficiency goals for each customer. They have been able to pioneer a program model for reinvigorating energy efficiency activity that sets the Industrial Partners program apart from others. Director of Energy Efficiency, Tina Yoder, accepted the award at the 2016 Inspiring Efficiency Awards Dinner and Gala on Thursday, Feb. 25 in Des Moines. The gala is a part of the Midwest Energy Efficiency Alliance Midwest Energy Solutions Conference.
