National Hospital Week is May 8 through May 14, and St. Anthony Regional Hospital will be hosting John McHugh, director of corporate communications, leadership development and training for Kwik Trip, Inc. McHugh will be engaging employees and members of the community throughout the week with his presentation, “Franciscan Joy: What Brings You Joy?” McHugh guides the audience through the reason joy is a core Franciscan value and aims to raise awareness and appreciation of the joy in life. McHugh is renowned in the art of storytelling and has inspired many to find purpose and meaning in their work, to recognize what is truly important and to cope with hardship and loss. He will be holding a special community program at Santa Maria Winery in Carroll on Wednesday, May 11. The evening will begin with a social hour at 6:30 p.m. followed by the presentation at 7 p.m. The free event is open to the public, but reservations are requested.
