Iowa Workforce Development and Midwest Partnership EDC have opened the 2016 Iowa Workforce Needs Assessment Survey for area employers. Results of the survey will be used to assist with local economic development, workforce development and education to meet the needs of Iowa businesses. All area businesses are encouraged to participate. The survey will collect data pertaining to benefits, recruitment, retirements and future expansions or reductions in their workforce as well as feedback on the skills the business is looking for in applicants.
