The City of Carroll has contracted with Tri State Paving of Estherville for construction of the High Ridge Road Resurfacing improvements. Work will will effect High Ridge Road between 8th and 18th street and will include storm sewer, watermain, curb and gutter, concrete patching and more. Storm Sewer and Watermain work is projected to be completed around mid June, curb and gutter, patching driveways and sidewalks is projected for a mid July date, and resurfacing work has a target completion date of late August of this year. Sections of High Ridge will be closed to traffic during some of the job phases, and the city is asking drivers to be aware of the traffic control signing and avoid the construction area if possible.
