First Wednesday Evening Yoga In The Park Tonight

Summer isn’t here quite yet, but the weather is great for this first day of June and a Walk to Wellness Wednesday. Be sure and set aside some time today to get out, get moving and enjoy the nearly perfect conditions. Today is also the first session of Jo Grundmeier’s Yoga in the Park. From 5:30 to 6 p.m. the free class will take all fitness levels through a yoga workout, followed by a 20 minute walk. So bring your own mat or towel and tennis shoes to Graham Park near the open shelter house to join in the fun.
