Today (Thursday) is the first day for general activities at the Carroll County Fair, but there has been a flurry of activity all week with 4-H judging that began Tuesday, July 5. Results have started coming in and the 2016 Champions in Dog Obedience have been announced. Thomas Quandt has been named a Champion in the Sub Novice A category, while Savannah Quandt received a purple ribbon and trophy as a Champion in the Sub Novice B category.
