Grab your camera and head to your favorite spot in Iowa to capture a memory and possibly win a prize in the seventh annual Keep Iowa Beautiful Photography Contest. Each year, the contest has raised awareness of the unique beauty across the state of Iowa and offers both amateur and professional photographers an opportunity to tell their Iowa story in a captivating way. The deadline for submission of photos is Dec.23, and all photos must be submitted as high resolution JPEG to an email address included with this story on our website. There is a $5 entry fee with the first place winner receiving $50 and $25 for second place. Both will receive a one-year subscription to The Iowan Magazine.
