Live Healthy Iowa wants everyone across the state to Burst Your Thirst between June 13 and July 22. Registration for this web-based competition opens Monday, May 16, and will have teams of two to 10 Iowans track their water consumption and minutes of physical activity. The hydration competition costs $10 per participant, but that cost includes a water bottle, a personal tracking page on the Live Healthy Iowa website, unlimited access to recipes, videos, workouts and health information and the opportunity to win team incentives and individual prizes.
