Twenty-five-year-old Cassandra Preston Burcham of Audubon was arrested Tuesday by the Audubon Police Department on suspected theft of Iowa Lottery tickets. She has been charged with theft in the second degree, ongoing criminal conduct along with 91 counts of lottery ticket theft. Burcham was transported to the Audubon County jail, where she is being held on a $25,000 bond. The Iowa Lottery assisted with the investigation.
