Calhoun County Sheriff, Bill Davis, confirmed reports of an attempted break in at the Casey’s General Store in Lohrville early this morning (Tuesday). He said between 2:30 and 3:00 a.m., an unsuccessful attempt was made to gain entry to the rear of the building. He added that more details will be available after a formal report is completed by the investigating Deputies. Officials from Casey’s declined requests to comment on the incident.
