Arrest Warrants Sought For Two Jefferson Residents

The Jefferson Police Department has requested arrest warrants for two Jefferson residents following an investigation into an incident that began on Sept. 6. On that date, officers were called to the North Elm Street Kum & Go in Jefferson by a store employee who said a customer had turned in a debit card found in the parking lot. The owner of the card had reported it stolen from a vehicle in Gowrie. The investigation uncovered that the card had been used at a local ATM in Jefferson, and the officer was able to retrieve video from the machine through a subpoena. The video revealed the two suspects in the case as 28-year-old Michael Allen Pollard and 27-year-old Jasmine Tranae Fluker. The requested warrant for Pollard is for unauthorized use of a credit card, an aggravated misdemeanor, and the warrant for Fluker is for accessory to a misdemeanor, a simple misdemeanor.
