On Sept. 30, the Jefferson Police Department was notified of a debit card that had been used at the North Elm Street Kum & Go that had been reported stolen. The ensuing investigation revealed that Jasmine Fluker reported a male subject had used her debit card to obtain cash from an ATM and again to purchase items from that convenience store. Video surveillance footage from both locations was reviewed and arrest warrants have been requested for 27-year-old Sean Michael Allen Pollard of Jefferson for two counts of forgery, a class D felony.
