This coming Monday, Dec. 7, the Technology Association of Iowa (TAI) and national technology advocacy organization, Engine, will host a Presidential Tech Town Hall. Presidential candidates Martin O’Malley and Carly Fiorina will articulate their vision for supporting innovation and discuss how it impacts the national economy. They will be covering topics such as technology innovation, STEM education, broadband access and the promise of entrepreneurship. After presenting their plans, candidates will take questions from the audience and a panel of Iowa’s technology leaders. The event will get underway at 4 p.m. at The Hotel Kirkwood in Cedar Rapids.
