The Carroll Chamber of Commerce and Carroll Young Professionals will be welcoming Santa and Mrs. Claus for the ceremonial lighting of the Depot this Friday, Nov. 27. The famous couple will arrive at 6:30 p.m. on a firetruck to help turn on the Christmas lights, then will stay to visit with children in the Harold Bierl Community Room.
