At approximately 9:08 p.m. last night (Sunday) a routine check on a vehicle parked at the Rippey baseball field led to an arrest. The Greene County Sheriff’s office took 36-year-old Nicholas James Miner of Perry into custody after an initial investigation and charged him with Possession of a Controlled Substance—Marijuana—third and subsequent offense and Possession with Intent to Manufacture and Distribute.
