People Are Only Way To Change Power In Congress

During his campaign swing through Iowa earlier this week, Democratic presidential candidate and Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders was asked how he would deal with a Republican Congress if elected president. Sanders said he didn’t believe the position of power would remain.

He also said that his campaign is to draw more people into the political process and speak out with their votes against those who are currently in power.

Voter turnout will be the best indicator in Iowa and in the nation for who will eventually win the election.

The bottom line, he said, is that when people get involved change takes place. Sanders says he wants to create a movement of the people that gives Republicans no other choices.
