Last week Haley Equipment Inc. received an Iowa Job Honor Award for the company’s commitment in hiring disadvantaged candidates. Founder & Director of America’s Job Honor Awards, Kyle Horn says many individuals come up against barriers which can disqualify them for jobs even though they’re qualified workers.
Haley Equipment, says Horn, received the Job Honor Award in the employer category because of their ability to look beyond a person’s past.
President, Clay Haley says the company is honored to have been nominated by Iowa Workforce Development with whom they’ve partnered to find the dedicated workers who have now become part of their workforce family.
An awarded engraved crystal trophy is now proudly displayed at Haley Equipment. The company was also featured in a video presentation during the awards ceremony held in the Quad Cities last week.
