Thirty-two-year-old Joshua Michael Peters of Fonda was taken into custody at approximately 5:07 p.m. last Monday, Nov. 9, after being clocked at speeds reaching up to 95 miles per hour. A Carroll County Sheriff’s office deputy spotted Peters driving north on Highway 71 near 245th Street south of Carroll. Peters was also charged for driving while barred, eluding and Operating While Intoxicated—first offense.
