Thirteen-year-old Paige Janet Johnstone was found safe in Georgia on Saturday, Oct. 24, after an amber alert was issued following her abduction on Oct. 23, from Ottumwa. She was reportedly abducted by 19-year-old Kevin Ariel Toala Ramirez, and the pair was believed to be traveling to Fort Pierce, Fla. The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children reported that Johnstone and Ramirez are in a sexual relationship and Ramirez has a criminal record.
