in Carroll, on Monday, March 6, 2023, from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
A complete wellness profile (ultrasound screening for Stroke, Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm,
Peripheral Arterial Disease, and Osteoporosis) is only $100 for Farm Bureau members. That is
a $35 savings over the $135 the general public will pay. Now, add an EKG to detect Atrial
Fibrillation for just an additional $35.
We are also now pleased to be offering several bloodwork options for your convenience. Farm
Bureau members can now get the following blood tests individually for $60, or as part of a
wellness package for a discounted price:
A1C – Measures the average blood sugar level for the past 2-3 months.
PSA – Elevated levels of PSA could indicate the presence of Prostate cancer.
TSH – Thyroid disease occurs when the Thyroid produces too much or too little Thyroid hormone.
Testosterone – Low levels are associated with loss of muscle mass and body hair, and low sex drive.
Vitamin D – Vitamin D maintains bones, fights infection, and keeps muscles functioning properly.
HS-CRP – High levels of C Reactive protein is a strong indicator of cardiovascular disease.
Wellness Gauge Package ($86) includes: Health Risk Assessment of your health history and lifestyle
habits. Blood pressure, waist, and body mass index metrics. Blood test with 20-point Chemistry Panel,
including Lipids. The Chemistry panel provides a high-level evaluation of the body’s major organ functions.
The Lipid panel is a group tests to determine risk of coronary heart disease and Stroke, caused by
