CENTRAL IOWA TOY SHOW
The Ames Noon Lions Club will host the 39th annual Central Iowa Toy Show on Sunday March 5th in Boone Iowa at the Boone County Fairgrounds. This is a continuation of the Jewel Lions Club show which ran successfully for 38 years. The Ames Noon Lions Club hopes to rejuvenate and carry on this great tradition.
Exhibitors from Iowa and throughout the Midwest annually attend this large show. Over seven hundred spectators surveyed treasures shared by fifty-five collectors at the last show in 2019. Attendees may buy, trade, sell or just look at the large variety of farm toys and collectibles. Agricultural displays, a model railroad, hand crafted items, NASCAR racing items, cast iron and die-cast farm toys, Hot Wheels cars, Beanie Babies, Trains and Dolls filled out the show in 2019.
Doors will be open from 9 AM until 4 PM at the Boone County Fairgrounds Community Building, Boone IA. Admission is $5.00 for adults, 18 and under are free. Net proceeds from the event help the Lions Club fund many local, State and International projects. Concessions will be available on site throughout the day.
