The Carroll Chamber of Commerce has released the planned parade route for the upcoming Celebrate Carroll event in October.
Parade participants will begin lining up the morning of Saturday, Oct. 10, at the intersection of Adams and 11th Street.
The route will take the parade south along Adams Street to 7th Street, where it will turn east to end at the intersection with Grant Road. Organizers have also arranged to hopefully expedite the staging process.
Parade participants will line up along a pre-arranged staging route, beginning at the intersection of Simon Avenue and 6th Street.
The route then flows two blocks north to 10th Street, three blocks east along 10th Street, a block north on Carroll Street, and another block east to the parade’s starting point.
Parade registration is still available for businesses, churches, community organizations, local teams and clubs, and individuals. Registration fees are $45 for non-Chamber businesses, $25 for Chamber businesses, and $20 for individuals and non-profits.
A link to the online sign-ups is included with this story on our website.
