The Carroll County Board of Supervisors holds its first meeting of Fiscal Year (FY) 26, with mostly regular scheduled items on the agenda. The meeting convenes at 9 a.m. on Monday, July 7, in the Supervisor’s meeting room at the Carroll County Courthouse to hear the quarterly report from the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office. Next, members will review an appropriation resolution, approve salaries for FY26, and review applications for homestead, military, and disabled veterans’ tax credits. The publication of FY25 payroll for county staff and payables will be approved, following the appointment of the Region XII Regional Housing Authority board of director. The meeting will conclude with annual updates on manure management and committee reports. Monday’s meeting is open to the public and will be live-streamed via the county’s YouTube channel.
