A Lakeside man was arrested yesterday (Tuesday) on multiple class D felonies for drug possession in Storm Lake. According to the Storm Lake Police Department, 19-year-old Arun Keyanye of Lakeside, was wanted on Buena Vista County warrants charging him with possession of a controlled substance, failure to affix a drug tax stamp, class D felonies, and failure to appear, a simple misdemeanor. Keyanye was taken into custody without incident in the 800 block of Flindt Drive in Storm Lake. Keyanye was additionally cited for driving while license was suspended and possessing a vape product while under 21, both simple misdemeanors. Keyanye was booked into the Buena Vista County Jail, where he remained as of Wednesday morning on a $1,491 bond.
