The 2022-23 school year begins two weeks from today (Tuesday) for the Ar-We-Va Community School District. Superintendent Jeff Kruse says they are looking forward to another school year and are excited to welcome students back. He adds during the summer, they did a few building upgrades.
Kruse says the school did see some staffing changes over the summer but not in a good way.
The half-day class sharing with Carroll High School remains in place, and no new policies were put in place for students and staff. Kruse adds the first day of school is Tuesday, August 23, and the first football game is Friday, August 26. Individuals can use the district’s website to stay up to date on all rocket activities.
