Gov. Kim Reynolds signed a proclamation Thursday easing restrictions on the transportation of propane and petroleum products through the first week of February. Reynolds notes in her order that bottlenecks and long waits at distribution terminals are cutting into drivers’ maximum hours-of-service limitations, and this proclamation grants additional leeway to drivers to ensure residents’ and businesses’ needs are meet.
