No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle accident Sunday in Carroll, but both vehicles were totaled. The Carroll Police Department responded to the scene at 11th and Clark Streets at approximately 6:10 p.m. Upon arrival, they learned that a juvenile female from Carroll was westbound on 11th Street in a 2018 Kia Forte. She told authorities she did not see the stop sign and drove straight through it. She struck a 2020 Toyota Camry, driven by 48-year-old Pamela Marie Osterhaus of Carroll, who was northbound on Clark Street. The teen was cited for failure to obey a stop sign.
