Carroll Masonic Lodge To Celebrate 150th Anniversary Saturday With Rededication Ceremony

A group whose mission is, “To band together for building, not structures of stone, but men of character; to alleviate the suffering of human beings and to increase the stature of men and women as children of God,” is celebrating a milestone this Saturday, that had to be delayed because of the pandemic. Joe Reed, the Worshipful Master of the Carroll Masonic Lodge, explains.

Reed says the organization takes good men and makes them better through their three degrees.

There are approximately 81 members currently, making them one of the largest in Carroll as well. The ceremony to mark the 150th Anniversary of the lodge will feature special guests.

With a foundation of philanthropy, the Masons raise money to support many projects and organizations throughout the community.

Saturday’s ceremony begins at 1 p.m. in the lodge at 2002 Highway 71 N. Anyone interested in joining the Masonic Lodge can get more information through the link included below.
