UPDATE: OCIO Says State Of Iowa Websites Are Back Online

The Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) has announced State of Iowa website services have been restored. The sites, including iowa.gov, state.ia.us and iowadnr.gov, were down for just under an hour Thursday morning. Officials say the outage was caused by a third-party vendor service disruption that also impacted several commercial sites. According to the OCIO, security for these sites was not breached at any time.
