IKM-Manning Board Seeks District Residents’ Input On Needs Survey

After announcing the unanimous decision to pursue another spot on a bond referendum ballot in September of this year, the IKM-Manning Community School District Board of Education is seeking input. Individuals residing within the IKM-Manning school district are asked to take a survey on how to best address facility needs. The survey will allow for review and prioritization of needs such as safety, security, college and career readiness and long-term facility investments. “As we focus on preparing students for the career and educational opportunities of the future, our district continues to face a number of facility-related challenges that we must address soon,” says Superintendent, Trevor Miller. “By moving forward on solutions now, we can help ensure our students have the resources and opportunities they need to truly thrive in the 21st century. We invite our community members to take our survey to provide their thoughts and feedback on how we can best address the needs we have throughout our school buildings.” The 10-minute survey is anonymous and will be open through Monday, July 26. To access the survey online, simply follow the link included below. Paper copies are available at the district office, middle and high school building, elementary building and at various locations throughout the community. Questions can be directed to the district office by calling 712-655-3781.
