A Carroll man has been charged after an investigation into an alleged burglary on Saturday, May 1 in which surveillance video captured him naked in a business in the 500 block of E. 5th Street. The Carroll Police Department reports 29-year-old Jesse Dean Seyler has bonded out of the Carroll County jail after being arrested Tuesday on a charge of third-degree burglary, a class D felony. The investigation revealed that Seyler had disabled a security system and entered the business, then proceeded to steal a custom-made bedspread. If convicted of the charge, Seyler could be sentenced to up to five years in prison and up to $7,500 in fines.
