Trial information was filed yesterday (Tuesday) in Carroll County District Court against a Coon Rapids woman accused of leaving the scene of a serious injury accident. According to court records, 25-year-old Kori Anne Scott faces a single count of failure to report a personal injury accident, a serious misdemeanor. Authorities say Scott was operating a 2003 Chevrolet Impala on Timber Avenue near Glidden on the evening of April 11 when she lost control of the car and crashed. A passenger in the vehicle sustained injuries as a result of the accident. Scott’s arraignment hearing is scheduled for Thursday, May 13.
