The next in a series of webinars hosted by Region XII Council of Governments, America’s Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and the Iowa Small Business Administration (SBA) will be this coming Wednesday. Michael Mitilier and Darcy Swon with the Iowa SBDC will help small business owners and managers recognize who their customers are and where they can be reached on social media. The pair will help those attending the 7:30 a.m. presentation with identifying key traits that will aid in developing and strengthening relationships with their customers.
