The Carroll County Board of Supervisors will be reviewing plans to resurface a portion of County Road E46 at their meeting on Monday morning. The proposal will be for the project to span the portion of roadway between Halbur and County Road M68 to the west. If the plans are approved, the board will then consider a notice to bidders on that work. Other items on the agenda for the 9 a.m. meeting on Monday, March 22 include discussing for possible approval to enter into a HIPAA services agreement with Carosh Compliance Solutions as well as a Help America Vote Act (HAVA) cybersecurity grant agreement from the Iowa Secretary of State. The meeting will convene in the lower-level conference room at the Carroll County Courthouse. It will also be livestreamed on the county’s YouTube channel, a link to which is included below.
