The Carroll Chamber of Commerce is set to host their own March Madness starting this week. From Monday, March 1 through Sunday, March 7, customers shopping at participating business will receive $5 of March Madness Money for every $50 they spend. That money can then be redeemed at the store it was earned from March 8 through March 31.
