No injuries were reported but one vehicle was disabled in an accident Wednesday morning in Carroll. The Carroll Police Department responded to the intersection of 7th and Clark Streets at approximately 7:53 a.m. Sixty-four-year-old Alan Sterns of Carroll was southbound on Clark in a 2010 Ford Edge. Fifty-one-year-old Leon Schoenfeld, also of Carroll, was northbound on Clark, attempting a left turn onto 7th Street. Schoenfeld turned in front of Sterns and was struck on the passenger side. Schoenfeld’s vehicle was disabled and he was cited for failure to yield on a left turn.
